Commonwealth votes to keep Patricia Scotland as secretary-general

KIGALI, June 24 (Reuters) – Commonwealth members voted to continue to keep Patricia Scotland as secretary-typical of the 54-country club just after some customers like Britain tried using to oust her, two resources advised Reuters soon after a behind-shut-doorways vote.
